We are a friendly, successful and well established running club of all ages and abilities who regularly participate in road, fell and cross country running events.

If you are a 10 minute miler or a 10 miles an hour runner, we would be equally pleased for you to join us.  If you are a complete beginner we have some beginning running tips tips for you.

We have an active social calendar of trips, evenings out, running challenges and other non-running events.

Our weekly running night is Wednesday at 7pm from Friesland Leisure Centre, Sandiacre, Derbyshire (half a mile north of J25 of the M1).

So please browse our web site and if you fancy a run, come along on a Wednesday and join us for a drink in the bar afterwards.
